Abiquo database password reset

If the Abiquo password is ever forgotten or needs to be reset to the defafult of 'xabiquo' you can follow the below steps:

1. ssh to the Abiquo database server
2. type the following: mysql kinton -e "update user set password='c69a39bd64ffb77ea7ee3369dce742f3' where iduser=1;"
