Edit public cloud credentials

Dear customers,

During testing of v3.1.1 we detected an issue related to encryption of cloud provider credentials and the "Edit credentials" button. It only affects 3.1 users testing public cloud capabilities.

If you edit a public cloud credential, the validation is not taking into account the encryption process, so it fails. As a workaround, you can delete the credential and then add it again.

We have prepared a fix that we will include in the next minor release (3.1.2) because the issue is not currently affecting any production environments.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
